2. MEASURE & QUOTE

If CEDE is right for you, our Architects will conduct a free measure and quote. We will check if a CEDE would fit on your property and review your site conditions and identify any potential challenges.​​

3. DESIGN & CONSENT

Once it is confirmed a CEDE can fit on your property, our Architects will work with you to include all your specific requirements and gain all legal consents.  

​

It is important your CEDE is 100% legal. This ensures your CEDE is safe, healthy and you will not have any issues in the future with insurance, council, neighbours or re sale value.​

4. GET MATERIALS

Materials are delivered in scheduled packs, flat packed to your property.

Materials are paid for and delivered in stages to limit the risk of loss and damage.​​

5. ASSEMBLE CEDE

Assemble all materials with clear a step by step guide similar to assembling a large piece of kit set furniture. It is designed to be assembled by 3 adults - 1 x Licensed builder and 2 apprentices which could be homeowners or whanau members.

Work with your own builder or one of our specialist building partners. A CEDE has no complete junctions and easy for builders to assemble.​

6. MOVE IN
